We called another Mobile Mechanic in the area who did not pick up the phone and did not call back. Called George at Mini Boss and he picked up right away said that he was booked but would try to fit us in before the end of the day. His communication was excellent and he did exactly what he said he would do and in a shorter time frame than I thought possible. Absolute excellent experience and he even took photos of his work. He installed a new battery within 5 minutes to get us back on the road in time to get to our family in Florida by Christmas. I tried to give him a tip and he refused - he said he just wanted to ensure our family could get back on the road.
