What amazing service this business provides! They were so very helpful to me when my car died on me. They were able to get everything taken care of the same day and even provided transportation to and from. They aren’t always able to do that but it was a real blessing to me. They kept me well informed so I knew exactly what they found and what was being done (after getting my approval to proceed). Everyone was so polite and so friendly! Had some issues with my 2021 honda pilot not startingat random times. Thought it was my alternator. They checked my alternator and it tested fine. They then checked my battery, had a bad test then two good and tests. They were very honest and said the didnt feel comfortable trying to sell us a new battery yet. They cleaned off the connections and told us to come back if we have the same issues. We were there for probably 2 hours and they didn't charge us at all. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here for future work and or issues. They we extremely honest and forth coming woth information. They showed me each battery test they did. The bext day they called me to see how my car is running and to see if the same issue came up at all and so far it hasnt. I Highly recommend them! First time customer, I used to go to Sky Motors to get all my service work done on my vehicles, but since they closed, I needed to find a place where I could get this done at. Christian Brothers is a new service repair shop on the SW Side of Cedar Rapids,around the area where I live, I went in there to make an appointment for an oil change, and they said they could get me in right then if I wanted to. It did not take very long, as I waited in their nice customer waiting area until it was done. Thanks to all, I definitely will return. Thank you. The service was quick and efficient and they did exactly what they said they would for the price they said it was. On top of that they gave me a printout from a free inspection they did with pricing for each item that needed attention. I had a tire rotation and oil change scheduled. Scheduling online was convenient and easy. My tires were ok so no rotation needed. They gave me a report of other recommended maintenance needed and didn’t make me feel pressured to get it done. Would consider returning for future needs. These guys did a great job of servicing my car. They did a complete inspection of the car and shared digital pictures of anything suspect needing fixed.
