They inspect your car at the same time as getting your maintenance done just how it’s done at the dealer with photos. They also helped me find some issues a regular shop wouldn’t be able to identify. Otto's was the first business in my area that popped up. I took my car in for front tires. We discussed everything at length, as I have some knowledge about my car since my ex-husband was a BMW master tech. Sucks when you get divorced and lose your mechanic lol. Anyway I took my car there they did a full assessment and we discussed what was the most important work to be done including the tires.
