I called these guys around 6pm and someone answered right away and said they could be there within the hour. They told me the cost upfront on the phone and kept me updated on their location while they were on the way. He picked up a new battery for me and took less than 10 minutes to install it once he arrived. He charged the agreed upon price and accepted a variety of different payment methods like cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, etc. I would highly recommend their services if you’re ever in a pinch! I don't let anyone work on my vehicles, and usually my vehicles go to the dealership. But I've saved money and time with Jay.
