I had a number of fixings needed for my ride. Reggie contacted me and told me a brief summary of what is recommended by the technician and said I was able to get my ride back in a timely manner. Check in was smooth since I entered my information in already online. The shuttle service was nice to take since I lived less than 10 minutes away by car. I have a trip coming up soon so I wanted my car cared for through ASG and I wanted to experience their car service. I wasn’t disappointed. I felt at ease after my service. Our normal mechanic told us we had a significant issue with our engine that they couldn't address. They advised us to seek out a shop that could perform a potential rebuild or engine replacement. That's not something anyone wants to hear. I googled for shops that could do this type of work and came across ASG. The reviews looked good and they had been in business over 25 yrs. I called to schedule an appointment and was impressed by their professionalism on the phone. When I arrived I was impressed again. To make a long story short they took their time to diagnose the issue and found out that the issue was relatively minor. i feel I've found a rare commodity in this world, a business that is honest and professional. I bought a used car. Mercedes kept it the biggest part of two months and each time I would drive it home the same issue still existed. My issue was an electrical issue which are easy to resolve. I placed a call to TSG and explained my issue to them and the trouble I had with MB. An appointment was setup. Whenever I arrived the service advisor remembered our entire conversation. A few days in the shop and my issue was resolved. The team is detailed, personal and very professional. I will take my vehicle back to them again should I have any issues.
