I’m from New York I’ve been on car hunt for almost two months. Been to so many dealerships and spoke to many more on the phone. It seems to be very rare to find an honest person to deal with in a dealership all of the ones that I talked to or went to they list a price and when you get to them they hit you with hidden fees and other non sense money added regardless that I always assure before going to any dealer I confirm with them the price for out of the door including everything, they still give you the runner around. At A&B Auto the case was totally different. They are very honest, straightforward, knowledgeable. Polite and helpful. My wonderful experience drove me to give this place good credit to what they deserve. I got Jeep Cherokee Limited the car is beautiful, I love it and my family as well they love it. When I arrived he had the car ready for the test drive. After the test drive I noticed the passenger fog light was out. Not only did he offer to replace the bulb, he ordered a new fog light and had it delivered to my house. This was at no cost to me. He also had the 2 year warranty receipt for the battery he replaced and gave that to me. I’m about a week in and the car seems to be driving smoothly. Nothing better than doing good business. Also there are no surprise hidden fees that other dealership try to tag on that costs you hundreds to $1000’s of extra unnecessary dollars!! If you are looking for fair priced vehicles with good business, I would come to this lot. Read More

Had some problems with insurance while buying the car, and they were patient and stayed open late while it was resolved. Gave me advice on dealing with the DMV and making sure everything wold run smoothly as a beginner driver. UPDATE: In 2 weeks it will be 6 years since I bought my Chrysler Crossfire from A&B Auto, so I figured I'd stop by my review and see how they were doing. I had no idea how much buying this car would change my life. When I bought it, it was my first car in 11 years. I knew absolutely nothing about working on cars, but I told myself I could learn. I've since done all of the maintenance and upgrades on the car myself and gained an insane wealth of knowledge in the process. It started me on career path working on vehicles. So much so that I am now the Fleet Manager of a large Transport company. I have driven the Crossfire almost every single day since I bought it, and have put another 70,000 miles on the car. It has never left me stranded anywhere, and I would 100% buy from them again.Original Review: Made buying my Chrysler Crossfire quick and easy, very friendly staff and knew everything about the vehicle.
