The cleaning is done expeditiously without making me feel like I’m losing out on quality. I’m often asked if there’s anything I feel like they’ve missed and I’m always greeted warmly no matter who is coming to clean. I feel like the pricing is fair and reasonable (even after tipping). I’m always given a text reminder in advance about when my service will be provided and given ample time to cancel or reschedule if needed. If we are ever unhappy with a cleaning or notice that something got missed Ms Debra and Ms Mary have always made sure to schedule a redo as soon as possible. We have never had a problem with rescheduleing when needed.
