I called Consider It Done and they had someone here in under half an hour. Chris was on top of it immediately, super kind and clear about our options. He didn't try to talk us into spending the maximum amount of money. I did not feel hustled at all. I felt taken care of, and now I know what our options are for these pipes in the future. Within an hour of the emergency, everything was resolved and we can continue doing business. It feels like a miracle.
