The owners, Russ and Karen, and all of the office team runs the school with professionalism and is well organized. They are great communicators and always seek for improvements. While most of her classes have been in person, it was a true convenience to be able to do a few of them virtually when her hectic school schedule got in the way of her lessons. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Carl F has been a fantastic coach for our daughter.
