Called Elite SubZero in desperation late Friday afternoon and they managed to send a specialist from Beverly Hills first thing Saturday morning. James immediately identified multiple issues with the evaporater and sealed system that other repair people had missed over the years. He was incredibly proffesional and explained everthing in detail without making us feel stupid. Had most specialty parts in his truck and ordered the rest with expedited delivery. Fixed everything by Monday for much less than we expected given the age and complexity of our unit. So grateful to find true Sub-Zero experts right here in Beverly Hills who understand these expensive appliances inside and out! Read More
