Mark on the other hand discussed the issue with me during our first conversation and provided insight to the machine and potential causes. Mark offered a discounted initial fee and was completely honest about the potential worth of repairing our machine. Mark responded immediately (like, within minutes) and was able to send Brian out same day. It was an easy fix thankfully and he already had the parts, so he was done in no time! As he was leaving, we mentioned that my dishwasher door was also broken and asked if he could take a quick look. He repaired it at no extra charge, even though I offered to pay.
