My initial encounter was not the best with the first tech I had. I was really un happy with my results and how they handled my claims for my washer and dryer. I had to reachout when the tech did not show. I was on the verge of calling management but today they sent out James Fritz. Before his arrival he called to not just inform me he was on his way but he also apologized for coming late to my appointment. He was very professional and efficient. He repaired, cleaned, and tested the dryer before he left. Hey also confirm that my washer was indeed broken and needs some work done. I feel confident that the rest of this experience will be better than when it started. James did an amazing job today. Read More
