He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. In fact, he did a t better than the YouTube video that I found describing a fix. Rick explained what he was doing every step of the way, and he explained what was necessary to avoid similar problems in the future. He was careful to clean all the dirt exposed by moving the refrigerator away from the wall. He even rinsed out the freezer drawers while they were out. I am very pleased with the service. Read More
