He had asked a lot of pertinent questions over the phone, trying to diagnose the issue as soon as possible, and even asking for the model number of my Subzero, to try to get a jump on possibly needing to order a specific part.I was so relieved when onsite he diagnosed that the problem was not as serious as I had thought, and I very much appreciated his honesty, because if he had told me I needed new parts and additional work, I would have had to believe him (or spend extra money just for a second opinion).The last time my Subzero needed work, I felt very much like I had overpaid with a different repair company, so I chose to take a chance on FL Appliance Repair this time.
