He thoroughly examined the old Microwave, instead of pushing me into costly repairs, he told me honestly that it would be more cost-effective to purchase a new Microwave. Although it was just a $99 diagnostic visit, the Vita technician provided top notch professional service. I will definitely call them again for any appliance repairs/installations in the future.
