I have been practicing yoga on and off for a few years. But the studios I have frequented in Anchorage are too crowde... I have been practicing yoga on and off for a few years. But the studios I have frequented in Anchorage are too crowded generally. So I heard about Siddah flow Yoga and gave it a try. I love the intimate atmosphere and Jays complete approach to what I think Yoga should be. He took time to explain things and really centered me in the moment. The best yoga class I have ever experienced!!!!! HIGLY RECOMMEND. see more
