He offered his help, and then gave me some space to look through the different sets of furniture. He recommended this and another set to me based on what I was looking for, and when I decided on this one, he offered a great price for the whole set! From there, I went to Sal, who rung me explained that delivery would be $79 and that I would get a call the day before for a time frame. On Wednesday afternoon, I received a call to let me know they would arrive the next day between 12-2pm. On Thursday, they called me at 12:00 to let me know they were on the way, and would be there in 15-20 minutes. They brought up all of the furniture quickly and efficiently, all while being very polite to us and respectful to our home/its belongings. The process of purchase and delivery was so smooth and efficient. Staff communicated with me throughout the entire process to keep me posted on item availability, quality, and delivery times.
