They were accommodating and very knowledgeable throughout the process, and use a cooling device as well which greatly reduces the pain. The cost was considerably more than the previous spa I visited, but Miami is a much bigger city so a price difference was expected. They did meet me halfway once I made it known, which I thought was super kind! Laser removal is just costly all around, but it’s worth it to remove a tattoo that is no longer serving me.
