She had clearly read through all the information I entered in the forms ahead of the appointment, which doctors don't normally do in my experience! At the end of the appt, another person patiently went line by line explaining any charges and made sure to apply the insurance benefits I wasn't even aware of. He also helped me pick some frames that suited me. I felt the appt was very thorough and reasonably priced. I will go back there. It was a much better experience than when I went to a common chain store (Pearle Vision). Read More
