Laid back and funky. While I’d say the rest of the south beach scene is very club/flashy, South Beach Brewing is a true LAID BACK BEACH vibe. On my first trip to the area it was a welcome refuge from the wild scene on the strip. On my return trip it’s already like home. Enjoy the patio or the lounge or sit at the 10-seat bar and feel like family.Chill music, fun local art vibe. Like Mayan gliphs meets beach meets Deco.All the beer is fantastic. The “light” blows away any light beer you’ve ever had—absolutely crisp. Believe it’s brewed with oranges but the beer is absolutely not fruity. They sell a lot of various merch as they use local artists to design the logos and painted wall art. Decent selection of beers on tap. They offer a comedy night out the back in a lounge room every other week which is cool and have an outdoor space as well to enjoy. Service was so good, really quick with friendly chatty bartender. The beer was different but very tasty as we are from the Midwest and enjoyed it very much. We ordered the fried pickles and shrimp platter for our eats and both were on point and delicious, the jalapeno crème dipping sauce for the pickles was amazing.
