He finds beautiful fabrics, comfortable furniture, and has innovative ideas that make your home unique. He does not push, is very patient, and loves incorporating pieces that are important to you to keep, updating them to fit into your home scheme. We bought our "forever" home in New Smyrna Beach during the pandemic and it was in dire need of a redo. We went through a 4 month process where we researched and interviewed several designers. We narrowed it down to 2 and selected CRT/Rob because his follow-up was superior, he listened better than others and he was fair in his pricing. It took over 2 years to find a contractor that would show up during COVID and Rob was instrumental in helping us through that process. We knew he had several other jobs and clients but we always felt like we were his top priority. We are now done with our project and moved back in. Our home is stunning, far exceeding our expectations and the process working with Rob and his team was outstanding. Rob demonstrated genuine care of what was most important to us, pushed back on things that truly would have lessened the design and functionality of the home and was just fun to work with.
