I dropped off some items to be dry cleaned and on the day they were supposed to be ready, one dress wasn't ready for pickup. This was at 7pm on a Friday. I called and they said the dress didn't get cleaned so it wasn't dropped off. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but it was the dress my partner was planning to wear the next day. What my partner didn't know is that this was dress she was going to get proposed to in. I explained this over the phone to them and they said they'd see what they can do and that they'd call me back. We still had packing to do, so right as we're about to get on the road they called me back to let me know that they dry cleaned it AND they'll deliver it to me that same night (at this point it's 10:20pm).
