This review is for Michael Gabso and his team. I haven't encountered a more professional team throughout this whole process of renovating my front porch. With a lot of contractors, there would be a light of hands on management in the day to day but with MG Contruction, they ran the whole operations seaminglessly while keeping me up to date on the progress. Having been busy at work, they save me a lot of my time and hassle from having to spend too much time reviewing this project. They are well organized and Michael definitely has been doing this for a long time. The pricing for his company is more than fair for the high quality of work. Both James and Max were great when I reached out with questions, they were very responsive. One of the reason why I went with MG Construction was because Michael's eagle eye was able to notice certain detail of the job that that the other contractors who provided bids overlooked. I’m a retired architect, they were able to follow my design details and provide construction solutions to the railings, operable deck doors for the pond filters, equipment shed and trellis over the entrance doors. I chose MG over other contractors was because Michael’s proposal has reasonable payment schedule and detail scope of works and descriptions.
