I was impressed with the photos on their website as well as the positive reviews. I selected Angie to come out and provide a proposal. We were strongly considering another vendor but really connected with Angie and made the decision to go with them. We are SO glad we did. It was one of if not THE best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. First of all, Angie is a rock star! I had a lot of anxiety and was frankly overwhelmed over the scope of the process but she reassured me that she was going to make it fun and boy did she deliver. I recently completed a full gut renovation of the bathroom and a kitchen refresh in my 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo in Chicago, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Angie Joy (designer) and Stanley (contractor). The bathroom project included removing the bathtub and replacing it with a walk-in shower, new flooring, cabinetry, lighting, paint — essentially a complete transformation. In addition, they completed a kitchen refresh that included painting, removing and replacing countertops, installing a new kitchen faucet, and updating the hardware. Both spaces turned out beautifully and feel completely upgraded. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but the project was finished ahead of schedule, which is almost unheard of in renovations.
