I recently had cervical spine fusion and have been really focused on healthy recovery. My physical therapist is able to take some time on massage, but I felt I could benefit from more. I have had 4 sessions with Ann and it has been great. She modifies her approach each week as I've been healing and refocuses, depending on what I've been working on with my PT. I go on Saturday mornings, so the office is pretty quiet. Facilities are clean and definitely feels more like a medical facility rather than a spa experience.
