Bryan and staff are quite knowledgeable about car repair. They were very polite. The shop has a calm atmosphere, with pleasant conversation. They also did good work on my car, and were honest, unlike the first place that I went to that was trying to rip me off. I'm glad that I went here. My car suddenly stared to fault and shudder on me downtown and I had to have it towed to Midtown right before they closed! They were very kind over the phone and reassured my that I could leave my car in their lot and drop my keys off in a drop box. The next day they gave me a rundown of what the main problem was and realistic expectations of what needs to be done as good practice and what I could do just to get my car up and running. They were very understanding and patient with my 3+ phone calls as I figured out what I wanted to do. I really really appreciate their kindness and transparency. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family. The next time I have an emergency I know where I can go and not have to worry if my car is in good hands. I love this place! I just live on the total opposite side of town and I can’t get to them as much as possible. Truly an auto shop that takes care of you and your vehicle! Both times my car was towed close to closing or after hours and my car was safe with on their premises. Very affordable and a team that’s understanding. Also, Brian (I hope I spelled it right) is a Godsend!! Definitely a people’s people car shop!! 10/10!! I love this place! LIFESAVERS. I got a large piece of wire stuck in my tire while driving on 94. I pulled off the road and this is one of the highest rated places around. The ratings were appropriate they took care of my car to get well and rather quickly given the short notice. I highly recommend. Staff was very friendly as well. LIFESAVERS. Great place to bring your car, the guys that work there are very professional and easy to work with. They made sure all my concerns were covered and that I got my service done at a fair price. The turnover is insanely quick, I walked in and a couple hrs later brakes, rotors, tires, and alignment were done. Also got a free carwash as part of a promo service. Blew out a tire on Super Bowl Sunday. Called garage and they set me up with flat bed pickup for my car. They had to special order my tire and had it on my car in 24 hours. Hit a really bad pothole on Lake Shore Drive that crippled my Nissan. I had no idea where to take my car for repairs, so I picked Midtown Auto Repair out of a hat and I'm very glad I did. I showed up to the shop at about 10am on a Saturday and they were more than happy to take me without an appointment. Based on my observations, they (correctly) assumed that my issue was alignment related. They told me it would be about an hour to assess the vehicle. Before I even left the shop, my car was already up on the lift, which I took as a good sign. I grabbed some breakfast nearby and before I paid my check they called me with the news that my wheel control arm had broken. The quoted me a fair price for the repair and wheel alignment and said they would rush order the part. They called me about 2 hours later and told me my car was ready for pickup! On top of a quick and splendid job with my vehicle, when I paid the tab they told me that I could visit the carwash next door for a free wash. I can't say enough good things about this place! They are honest and trustworthy when it comes to diagnosing your vehicle and don't try to rip you off with repair costs. I first heard about this place from a tow truck driver towing my vehicle to the dealership for repairs. He happened to own the same model/yr Audi as mine and told me this was where he had his vehicle repaired and they had always done a great job while offering a significant cost savings over the dealership. I agreed to to try them and dropped my car here instead and they did a phenomenal job with the repair. They had it diagnosed in the 10 mins it took me to walk to the Red Line and had it repaired in just 1 day. It turned out my high pressure fuel pump needed replacing and they also found a gasket leak which they also promptly repaired. It's been a few months since the repair and the car had been running great. That is until last week when I noticed a large amount of oil had leaked on my garage floor.
