Virus removal, Forgotten windows passwords, We also service the needs of businesses. To be honest--I wasn't certain if he would be able to fix it before arriving, but he was able to fix all three at a very reasonable cost. He took his time to explain what exactly the issue was and pointed out multiple different things that I haven't even observed about my laptop...like there were 3 screws missing at the bottom! He's a very hard worker and really cares about fixing any technical problems. Communicated great with me and kept me updated about any changes with my laptop. Paid $225 which could have costed me a few extra hundred dollars if I went elsewhere. Very satisfied! Read More

Based on the glowing feedback from other customers, I decided to give him a shot, and I’m so glad I did. Before finding Raul, I actually went to an Apple-authorized service provider who couldn’t even tell me what was wrong. Then, when I went directly to Apple, they essentially discouraged me from fixing it at all. It felt hopeless until I found Raul. From the moment I reached out, he was professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. His communication was top-tier; he kept me updated every step of the way. I had to order a new screen, and once it arrived, he had my computer fully repaired just two hours later. I couldn’t pick it up until the following day, but I was honestly shocked (in the best way) at how fast and smooth the turnaround was. My experience was nothing short of amazing.
