We recently used Goldenline for some home sale prep. The task wasn’t a small one. From the get go, there were many ways to approach our issues. What I appreciate most about Eldan and Goldenline, is that I could trust their judgement. We don’t have an unlimited budget, but we needed important work done and we wanted it done by the best. Goldenline reviewI’m one of those customers who expects a level of perfection that’s almost unreasonable - and I told Eldan that before he quoted on our job. I told him and every other contractor who bid on the job. The thing that stood out about Goldenline though was Eldan. He talked a big talk but something felt genuine about him. He also seemed to be more passionate about his clients smiles than about the money he’d make or the promises of a specific timeline. (In fact he never truly gave us a timeline and stuck to the promise that it will take as long as it takes.) That’s not something you want to hear but let me tell you- it’s what every contractor is thinking unless they’re going to rush your job and you in the process. If you want a fast turnaround and don’t want to be involved - he can do that- most contractors can at about the same rate and probably use a lot of the same teams of sub trades.
