Talitha Dance offers welcoming NYC community fitness classes in Manhattan & Brooklyn including Zumba, Barre (low-impact strength & balance), and Functional Exercise Bootcamp (fun full-body team workout). Our supportive classes are designed for all fitness levels and body types — no dance experience required. Talitha is an amazing instructor! She makes sure you are properly working all needed muscles but also has a great attitude that makes the class both challenging and fun!
