I came across Solace NYC and I am so happy I gave this place a try. I've never been to a facility like Solace before and I wish it existed it more places. The staff are so nice and inviting and the facility has everything you could want or need (the members are super friendly and motivating too). It's a giant open training space so you can literally do any type of workout you could possibly want to. I needed a place where I could do Olympic weightlifting and it was absolutely perfect. If you don't have your own workout program, they also provide a weekly program you can follow as well I can't recommend this place enough. The workout itself was challenging in the best way and very well structured. The studio is also incredibly clean, and the showers were honestly next level—spacious, modern, and spotless. I do Olympic weightlifting as a sport and I’m really appreciative that they have a full set of platforms with a full set of Olympic barbel, mobility equipments, water filling stations, the whole-friggin-nine yard.
