I am admittedly a little paranoid about leaving her anywhere, so finding a place I completely trust has been a huge game changer for stress free travel. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely loving with the animals. They send the cutest photos and updates, and you can tell they truly care and love what they do. The biggest sign of all? Luna is SO excited to go in the morning. She can hardly wait to get in the car, which tells me everything I need to know. I am so grateful for this amazing team. My bird was hurting from a dog bite on his tail and Dr. Kaitlyn and Jeremy, the technician were very comforting through out the whole process. The Doctor gave me advice on how to change Goose to a healthier diet and he’s doing well with the change in food already. It’s only been 2 days since our visit and Goose is doing so much better. I used WP Vet 20 years ago until my 14 year old kitty cat passed away from cancer. They were wonderful with him and so caring and compassionate with me when it was his time. Fast forward to the end of 2025 and I was reminded just how amazing WP vet is. I have another kitty now, 12.5 years old. He had something come up and we had to take him at night to the emergency vet. 48 hours later I was under the impression I had to find a vet to do a procedure on my cat. I was up all night doing research and decided to call WP vet as they were so good to me the first go round. I stayed awake til the minute they opened. Ashlyn who works in the call center was absolutely amazing. She cared about Jesse's issues and about keeping my worries as minimal as possible, she went above and beyond with getting my needs conveyed to the staff and got me in that day.
