I started going to Miami Skin Spa for tattoo removal services back in October of 2020. Both tattoos I wanted removed were quite dark, and after 3 years they are both pretty much gone, with no scarring and very little blistering. The staff there is very professional and knowledgeable. I always followed their directions and kept the tattoos completely away from the sun for two whole weeks after the procedure. Also big bonus is their new machine that ices the area during the laser treatment. Amazing! I don't even live in Miami anymore but I travel a few times a year to get the rest of my tattoos lasered there because their services and machines are such high quality. This is my absolute favorite go-to in Miami for aesthetic services. Mariana is AMAZING, and an incredibly talented injector! She also provided WONDROUS results with my Lumecca IPL treatments for brown spots. She knows exactly what she's doing yet never stops looking for ways to improve techniques and outcomes. She's a genuinely kind and incredibly smart woman. Also, a special mention to the business manager JJ who is always so accommodating, professional and polite. Note** I never, ever, ever EVER write reviews, good or bad....but with so many amateur aesthetic spas out there in Miami, this one deserves special mention. They really are amazing. Ask for Mariana! Even for a dude like me who is in the garage more than I am in the spa.Nurse Jazmin is the best anyone could ask for. A definite asset to your organization. She was patient and professional throughout every procedure.I was hesitant at first, and emotional about removing my tattoo which had meaning. I have evolved passed that. A right of passage I suppose.After several years of being a client, I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business. Don't trust your tattoo removal to just anyone. I had RF microneedling with exosomes done with Marianne x2 times. I saw great results in jawline contour and my skin tone and then went in for a smile line filler to help my folds. This place is great! They have the most advanced non invasive treatments out there! I went in for emsculpt Neo with Mariana who is amazing and I have seen great results and will be going again for another package tomorrow! I’m absolutely amazed by this whole process and how easy it is. I got laser tattoo removal & laser hair removal on my bikini, armpits and legs. It definitely didn’t hurt as bad as I thought and zero soreness afterward. The tattoo removal is extremely quick, it does hurt but just for about .2 seconds and the after care was very simple and without pain. Very happy with my results. I came here for eyebrow microblading ink removal. Jasmine was spectacular. She made me feel calm about the process and she is so knowledgeable. I had a laser tattoo removal session here recently. It was my 3rd session on this tattoo, but my 1st at this spa (I moved!). They were accommodating and very knowledgeable throughout the process, and use a cooling device as well which greatly reduces the pain. The cost was considerably more than the previous spa I visited, but Miami is a much bigger city so a price difference was expected. They did meet me halfway once I made it known, which I thought was super kind! Laser removal is just costly all around, but it’s worth it to remove a tattoo that is no longer serving me.
