My wife and I needed more space and we wanted to take advantage of what the basement could offer. Our basement was a creepy thing that nobody wanted to experience, if possible. Doing laundry was it. In and out of that old dank place.I was able to collaborate with Golden Ladder in the design and vision. This is what I like most this company as there were very attentive to my suggestions as the project unfolded. If I saw a design that I wanted to implement, Golden Ladder worked with me to make it happen.The bathroom is spacious and well crafted. Our bathroom downstairs is actually bigger than the one we have upstairs. I am very satisfied with the work. I know my house value just went. Luis is very pleasant and professional to work with. My home roof was 22 years old. Luis replaced it with GAF shingles and material. Once the job was completed, his crew cleaned entire area. This review is long overdue. Alex and his crew did our tyvek, siding, and gutters project last year. Alex and his crew were just outstanding! They are total professionals and focus on every detail down to the smallest to make sure the job is done perfectly. They were meticulous! A year later our siding still looks like it was just installed yesterday. We continuously receive complaints for our neighbors and continue to recommend them when asked.
