I was really, really nervous going in to it but made sure to bring photos with examples of what I wanted. Jess was nothing short of amazing! She listened to everything I had to say about what I did and didn't want. She made me feel comfortable. She explained everything about what she was going to do before actually cutting anything. I had several pictures that were all different styles and colors and she worked with me on picking a good blend that best fit my skin tone and facial features. I have never recieved as many complements on my hair as I have in the past few days. Its totally suits me and my personality. My hair feels fantastic and still super healthy and she was great with conversation! It was honestly a fantastic experience and I will fully be coming back for Leah. The salon itself is beautiful, clean and relaxing. It was also very busy when I came in. You can tell the salon caters to regular customers and everyone was extremely personable and professional.
