With it's amazing, unique food and cozy decor, I almost loved this restaurant. Unfortunately, service was a huge challenge. Upon arrival, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our table. It was another long delay before the waiter took our order and three requests to get water. When our entrees finally landed, 1/2 of us had no plates or silverware and we all sat there for five minutes watching our food get cold till I finally got up and asked for it. A couple minutes later with no one in sight, we grabbed plates and silverware off of an empty table. At the end of our meal, we were offered a dessert menu. The waiter disappeared for 10-15 mins, finally returning with the check. In full disclosure, it was a very busy holiday evening but there was plenty of time for the service to recover after most of the place had cleared out. But it never got better.
