As a seasoned builder/developer from the northeast, I am ecstatic with my selection and performance of SDH for my first undertaking in the Miami area.They were expeditious in developing the design and getting my approvals ahead of a major zoning change. Given the risk of delaying, they met every aggressive deadline that I placed on them. Stephanie was personally involved leading the design process and in guiding her great team of architects and consultants!Their work on the Interior Design has been the best I have ever experienced. Non-stop servicing all my needs! They have a deep bench of vendors that they work with who have offered great pricing and service.I am hoping to do many more deals in Miami and SDH will be my architect going forward!! Read More
