This company was so easy to work with! Our representative sat in our home with us to explain the insurance process in detail. When it came time to pick our materials, she was very helpful. During construction, she sat with us again to explain every step the workers were doing. She also went on the roof to take pictures of the damage as well as the finished product so we could see what she was talking about. Thank you for a job well done. We were very happy with this company. They did a new metal roof and gutters after a hail storm. We were very pleased with everyone involved in the project from the original representative who helped so much with going over the insurance claim (she explained all the claim jargon and what was covered in the claim) and then went over all the product info and what was involved in the installation. All of the installers were very personable and knowledgeable and very professional. The gutter installation was the same way. The finished roof and gutters are beautiful and we are very pleased with how everything went. I've been working with Energy Advantage to figure out my roof and solar situation. Sean who walked me through the process and options was great. Charminder the foreman for the stone coated steel roofing kept the team on task and made sure the site was clean when everything was finished. The unsung hero of everything though has been Melissa, she's the most communicative helpful home services employee I've worked with across various projects and contractors. Even when I've dropped surprises like requesting gutter work last minute she had the contract over and ready to go in no time. I've been very pleased with my overall experience so far. They're coming back here soon to start the solar.
