I started my journey with Denver Yoga Center about two months ago, and walking through the doors that first day was honestly intimidating. I was scared, apprehensive, and nervous about trying something new. At the time, I was dealing with anxiety, alcoholism, and I knew I needed to make real changes in my life.I decided to sign up anyway, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Since then, I’ve been coming to the studio about four times a week, and every single experience has been positive. Everyone I’ve interacted with—from instructors to front desk staff—has been incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive. They make the space feel welcoming and judgment-free, which made it easy for me to keep showing up.The instructors are thoughtful, patient, and genuinely invested in helping students learn and grow. Each class leaves me feeling grounded, challenged, and excited to come back and continue learning. What started as something scary has become something I truly loo

I can’t say enough good things about Yoga Center of Denver. The studio rooms are beautiful and super spacious, which makes for such a calming experience. Sarah is an incredible instructor—knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely warm. She has a gift of making you feel both seen and comfortable from the moment you walk in. After her classes, I always feel amazing and more connected with myself. I have been going to her vinyasa class every friday and i’m obsessed and so grateful! If you’re looking for a studio with skilled, caring teachers, room to breathe, great vibes, this is the place!

I have gone here for a very fun, aerial hammock, yoga class and I enjoyed it so much. I came back to try out their spa and booked a reiki session with Sarah. Her energy was so grounding and lovely. Definitely will enjoy coming back to this facility! It is clean, they have complementary tea, and the studio rooms are nice and spacious.
