Overall, I love this place. Specially, I like the instructors. They are supportive and friendly. I enrolled 8 classes per month and it is perfect to me. I hope I go yoga studio for next several months too! I worte several pros and cons tho. Pros 1. Good workout value: YogaSix feels more like a real workout than a purely relaxing yoga class. Even though I took slow flow or restore , I feel like I got some muscles and flexibility both. 2. Clear class variety: There are multiple class types and intensity levels, so you can choose based on your energy and schedule. 3. Structured environment: Classes are organized and consistent, which makes it easier to build a routine and track progress. 4. Motivating atmosphere: The studio setting and pacing can push you to stay focused and committed. 5. Convenient booking system: The app-based reservation system makes planning easy in principle. I love this place! It has such a community feel to it. I have been going for two weeks and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The classes vary from challenging to restorative. Yet, all of them focus on breath and moving your body, as well as mindfulness. I've been feeling a whole lot better ever since I started these sessions, you should join!

My first time returning to a yoga studio in a while…this place rocks! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I loved my instructor. Ingrid was encouraging and easy to follow, her taste is music was phenomenal as well. I hope to come back soon! Services Group lessons
