I work 3 minutes from Tree Yoga , I found out about this studio in 2019 while I was pregnant and it was really convient for my mental wellbeing and my overall health. In 2019 The classes were low cost or no cost , they asked for donations and everyone is super supportive . As of today the classes have remained low cost and has tremendously expanded . They cater to all diversities and ethnic backgrounds. It’s really a blessing have a community like this in South central Los Angeles. If you are ever in the area don’t be afraid to step and reserve a class for a self care day 😌

The vibe of the space is grounded, soft, and genuinely inviting. The natural light that pours into the studio is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in a yoga space. My instructor was friendly and intentional, encouraging connection with the breath and with myself rather than rushing through poses. It was exactly the kind of mindfulness and movement I had been craving. If I lived nearby, I would absolutely come back regularly and get more involved. Such a bea
