About Wild Blossom Meadery and Winery
Wild Blossom Meadery & Winery is Chicago’s first winery and Illinois’ first meadery, crafting award-winning honey wines in the heart of the city. We are also a sought-after wedding and private event venue, hosting ceremonies, receptions, corporate gatherings, and celebrations for up to 125 guests across our indoor space, intimate Lounge, and large garden patio filled with native wildflowers. During the week, we operate as a welcoming neighborhood bar offering wine and mead flight tastings, craft cocktails, beer, spirits, and a full food menu. We produce mead on-site, maintain a working honey bee hive, offer bottles to-go, and host a popular Mead Club. On select nights, the vibe shifts with DJs, themed events, and late-night energy.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this gem. Don’t let the location fool you - it’s an oasis once you step inside and the backyard patio is incredible and very peaceful. Meads deserve their own separate ode - all of them, and I truly mean all, are amazing and each is very unique but at the same time has cohesive and rounded taste.
