Westrock has done braces for two of my children, they’re always very professional and very helpful. My kids absolutely love going to their appointments, which that alone shows how great they are. My daughter recently completed her treatment and was able to have her braces removed! Her teeth are absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!

My daughter Mackenzie started her journey four years ago with you guys. She had alot of work that had to be done including a surgery to have chains put on to drag down some of her teeth but she was a trooper and we was always greeted with a smile and the care she received was amazing! I would recommend Westrock to anyone who is looking for orthodontist! She got her braces removed this last Tuesday and she can't quit smiling!

They were very friendly & thoughtful. The waiting room was clean (although we weren’t there very long). Every staff member we encountered was polite and caring. They didn’t treat us any differently even though my daughter is a Medicaid patient; in fact, they worked very hard on the approval process due to her issues.

Missy is absolutely amazing! My daughter finally had her braces removed yesterday, and Missy made it such a wonderful and fun experience. Some of the others we’ve dealt with in the past were rude and not very personable. This review is 100% because of Missy. You guys need more of her. I do have to add that Dr. Ha is great as well.

Great place, friendly and nice people, they usually had us in and out before our actual appointment time. The only time the didn't was once and was no fault of their own was having to wait for ups to show up with my daughters retainer. So I would recommend having them schedule their last appointment to get their braces off a day later then when the retainer is suppose to be there just so your not waiting on ups

We are so excited to have our children in the care of the team here, the dentist is absolutely amazing and listened to all of our concerns. The staff is polite and very assertive and respectful. They are skilled and passionate. With any small request or a simple replacement of a bracket they are on it. I highly recommend ❤️
