I called to have Westark Plumbing snake a tub drain for me. I had checked prices for the area and they were dead even with the other plumbers I called. The plumber I have used in the past wasn't taking calls today and I needed the issue handled as soon as possible so I decided to go with Westark.The service I received was out of this world. Larissa set up the appointment for me and I let her know that I would be out to lunch at some point. She made sure that I got a call before the tech left to come to my house. I texted Brad in the late afternoon saying we might need a septic pumped …. Within 2 hours the situation had escalated and it was not a “maybe” but a “OMG it’s happening now” sort of deal. Alyssa drove out the big truck all the way to Magazine at 11pm and pumped our septic and cleared a clog that backed up the whole house. She explained every step of the process to me and told me how we can avoid this in the future. She’s a SAINT. Westark Plumbing sent out a perfect Plumber, Michael Haney, on Father's Day 2025--a Sunday and a Holiday. Our plumbing was totally stopped up. Michael was nice and professional and fixed it in about 20 minutes at a bargain basement price. I couldn't believe the reasonableness of the price--which was less than another competitor my office used at a time which was not a holiday (like Father's Day) and was not on a weekend (as Father's Day is).
