I have felt incredible support and professional guidance in reaching my health goals from my favorite coach, Delaan. I feel stronger, fitter, and better than ever before. Delaan creates personalized programs tailored specifically to my body and progress. He is always attentive to my physical condition, carefully adjusting workouts when I need more time to improve. Beyond training, he also provides thoughtful guidance on nutrition, food choices, sleep routines, and supplements. I am truly grateful to have met such an amazing coach and wonderful person

Thus is a beautiful small well equipped gym with a physical therapy practice as well. Knowledgeable trainers and friendly staff. It's got a phenomenal vibe! Couldn't be better. Spotless locker room, newly renovated, with 4 showers and pristine bathroom facilities. Parking Validated in a covered garage. $1 for 3 hours of parking. Parking on the 6th floor. Walk up, or take the elevator to the 7th.😄

I love coming to this gym! It has every type of equipment you need for a great workout. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the bathrooms and showers are super clean, and the overall ambiance is amazing. Highly recommend checking it out!
