Excellent service and customer care. The staff are very understanding and helpful whenever you have questions! My mom forgot some bed sheets, and they kindly helped her find them. We are very grateful.

Every time I come to this laundromat I have noticed Judith always doing her due diligence and making sure this place is nice and clean and she is so very kind helping customers out in any way.

Judith and Erika were super helpful during a late night trip to do a little laundry. They really made me feel like a valued customer. They were closing soon but I did not feel rushed. Thank you so much. The place is super clean too.

All of the attendants are kind but one in particular stood out on my last visit to Wash Smart. Erika is big help and very kind! When I asked her to assist me with an exchange she was willing to help and happy to help! It is nice to be treated kindly by the staff. The establishment is also always clean and pleasant.
