Absolutely the best experience we could have hoped for. A bit of background: we brought our cats from Turkey, where veterinary practices are quite different and vets are generally comfortable handling cats even when they freak out. After switching between five clinics in the U.S., this was the first clinic that truly understood cats and knew how to approach them properly. I was exhausted from constantly apologizing for my fur balls’ behavior (despite 400 mg of gabapentin in their veins over 12 hours). Dr. Tolle and the assisting staff were incredibly professional, patient, and kind. The main reason for our visit was preparing our cats to travel back to Turkey, and I genuinely think our luck peaked when we met Leo.
