We had a wonderful experience at Blue Pearl when our miniature schnauzer was sick. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and patient with us. We made many calls while our dog was hospitalized and no one ever acted like they were inconvenienced by our call. Dr Jolly cared for our dog during this time. She was very patient with our many questions. She explained all testing and treatments in terms that we could understand. She took alot of time with us and made sure we were comfortable with the treatment plan. You can tell she enjoys her job and cares for the pet and their owner. Services Service not listed

Very positive experience for me and my German Shepherd Lady who is losing her sight. Appearing to be a hopeless situation, she was treated with super empathy and professional and concise treatment to include a follow up plan. Her sight appears to be better already after only a few days. Dr. Nelms and her staff were all very knowledgeable and very kind and understanding. Well worth the drive and expense. We love Dr. Lothrup, BJ and all the staff. They got us in and Potter has started chemotherapy by mouth and it was affordable. I’m thankful the concern is all about taking care of my buddy and reviewing all options. They are an absolute blessing
