I found them by accident on Auto Trader and honestly had no expectations. Called on a Wednesday, and Jess picked up -- a real person, no machine, no hold music. She was warm, helpful, and never once tried to push me toward anything. I told her I wanted to come in Friday and asked if they could hold the car. She said yes, no deposit required. That alone told me a lot about how these people operate. When I got there, the boss was around too -- relaxed, straightforward, no pressure. The young guy who took me on the test drive was great -- you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. That kind of enthusiasm is rare, and it made the whole experience easy. And at the front desk, I was greeted by a young lady whose name -- I promise I am not making this up -- is Jennifer Lopez. Lol. I bought a 2021 Tesla Model Y. When I got home and ran the numbers myself, I was off from their figures by three dollars. Three. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons -- just taxes and DMV, exactly as discussed. Th
