I recently purchased a 2021 used Lexus 200 and Matt Coulter was my sales person. This is by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Matt is not your typical car salesman. He actually made the whole experience FUN from start to finish. He is responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He even went out of his way (after the sale was finalized) to go to Hertz (where I lost my work cell phone) and ship it back to me. I highly recommend Matt and Royal Automotive to anyone looking to purchase a used or new vehicle.

I had a 2015 GMC TERRAIN that I bought new and ENJOYED up until January when my son had an accident. When I realized my insurance company was NOT going to repair my car (with less than 58,000 miles) I knew I needed transportation. I looked on different websites and a ad from Royal popped up. I scrolled through the cars and a 2024 GMC TERRAIN caught my attention. For 2 weeks I continued to look for a car and I kept going back to Royal Automotive website. I wanted that car, I filled out the information to see if it was available. Matt Coulter reached out to me the next day and said the car was available. He listened to my story, I listened to him as he went over the car and it's specifications. Matt asked if I wanted to come down and test drive it. I said sure. My husband and I went to Royal Automotive and I am now THE PROUD OWNER of the GMC! THANK YOU MATT COULTER FOR TAKING THE TIME TO ASSIST ME! You are truly GOD SENT!
