We had a great experience working with Karen and the rest of the Usaj team. Karen was friendly and approachable, and she made us feel at ease as first time home buyers. She broke down the process for us in an easy to understand way, and she was very responsive. One of the most impactful things about working with Karen was her connections to other folks in the home space. She connected us with our home inspector, GC, HVAC, painters, and more, making an overwhelming process feel surprisingly easy. The rest of her Usaj team was also great to work with and very communicative. My husband and I recommend Karen + the folks at Usaj to any first time or seasoned home buyers. Thanks Karen!!

Kristina is an absolute gem!
